Valid agreement

• Our offer has been calculated on the basis of the tariffs and exchange rates valid today and subject to change without notice until the order is placed.
• We work exclusively with the most current version based on the General German Forwarding Agents Specification (ADSp).
• We are responsible for the selection of our freight forwarders. We reserve the right to make temporary surcharges at the time of loading.
• Rates do not include insurance for forwarding, logistics, storage, and transportation and are only valid for harmless goods.
